🏁 Deal Flow: 26 Websites & 4 Aged Domains (Apr 17)

26 new content site listings across the major marketplaces, plus 4 new aged domains on Odys

Together with

Hey there πŸ‘‹,

Over the last week I’ve been creating a bunch more content using Content at Scale, revisiting previous keywords I used to rank well for.

I’ve been using their new create β€˜from an existing blog post URL’ feature when half of the SERP is not correctly matching the search intent, but the top result is crushing it. That is, if I were to generate β€˜from a keyword’, the AI could pull in results that are not relevant and which I don’t want covered.

And after getting a bunch of sales from the launch last week, I’ve been updating the Acquire The Web Manual, to make it the most comprehensive resource out there for buying and selling websites and aged domains, regardless of price point (it’s $49):

Ok on to this week’s content site and aged domain listings.

Cheers!

πŸš€ Website Marketplace Listings

This week there was 1 new content site listing at Empire Flippers, 18 at Flippa (based on my criteria below), 5 at Motion Invest (>$100/m) and 2 at Investors Club, for 26 in total:

For each listing, I look up the website in Ahrefs and give a πŸ“ˆ if 6-month organic traffic is trending up, a πŸ“‰ if it’s trending down, or πŸ«“ if it's flat. Bear in mind the site could be seasonal however.

I then list an πŸ‘ upside win for each listing from the Top 20 Upside Wins for Website Acquisitions insights report to apply to any new website acquisition.

You’ll need to do your own due diligence and/or use a service such as Centurica or DueDilio.

πŸš€ The #1 Broker on Flippa?

Well it's sure not me.

This newsletter actually started with me promoting three listings I had launched as a Flippa broker. But the amount of inbound requests I had to deal with from potential buyers was too much for me to handle and I stopped after 2 weeks.

The top broker on the Flippa marketplace for 2 years running doesn't have this problem, he's built a team and a foolproof system - introducing Just Website Brokerage by Joe Burrill.

I've known and worked with Joe for a number of years now, and feature his Flippa broker listings in this newsletter. With more than 10 years of experience to draw from, his team create the most detailed listings that are priced well and actually sell.

They support sellers every step of the way, from finding and negotiating with buyers to escrow and website transfer. If you have a website in your portfolio you're thinking about selling click here for a free valuation.
