🏁 Deal Flow: 22 Websites & 7 Aged Domains (May 22)

22 new content site listings across the major marketplaces, plus 7 new aged domains on Odys

Over the last week there were 6 new content site listing at Empire Flippers, 14 at Flippa (based on my criteria below) and 2 at Motion Invest (> $100/m) and none (that I saw) at Investors Club for 22 in total:

For each listing, I look up the website in Ahrefs and give a 📈 if 6-month organic traffic is trending up, a 📉 if it’s trending down, 🫓 if it's flat, or ⛔ if there is nothing showing. Bear in mind the site could be seasonal however.

I then list an 👍 upside win for each listing from the Top 20 Upside Wins for Website Acquisitions insights report to apply to any new website acquisition.

I also total the number of content site deals on each platform each week, compared to the last week. ⏫ indicates more listings than last week, ⏬ indicates less.

Over the last week, there were 14 new content site listings (⏫ 3) on Flippa with verified traffic (Google Analytics integration) with over 1,000 pageviews a month, 2+ years in age, and making >$100/m profit.

  • Small content sites ($100/m to $500/m in profit) | Currently 67 listings (⏫ 1) | 5 new listings (⏫ 3), 4 auction, 1 classified

  • Medium content sites ($500/m-$5K/m in profit) | Currently 128 listings | 9 new listings (⏫ 1), 7 auction, 2 classified
