30 new content site listings across the major marketplaces, plus 2 new aged domains on Odys

Over the last week there were 2 new content site listing at Empire Flippers, 23 at Flippa (based on my criteria below), 4 at Motion Invest (> $100/m) and 1 at Investors Club for 30 in total:

For each listing, I look up the website in Ahrefs and give a 📈 if 6-month organic traffic is trending up, a 📉 if it’s trending down, 🫓 if it's flat, or ⛔ if there is nothing showing. Bear in mind the site could be seasonal however.

I then list an 👍 upside win for each listing from the Top 20 Upside Wins for Website Acquisitions insights report to apply to any new website acquisition.

🆕 Flippa Listings

Over the last week, there were 23 new content site listings on Flippa with verified traffic (Google Analytics integration) with over 1,000 pageviews a month, 2+ years in age, and making >$100/m profit.

  • Small content sites ($100/m to $500/m in profit) - currently 68 listings, 10 new listings (10 auction, 0 classified)

  • Medium content sites ($500/m-$5K/m in profit) - currently 123 listings, 12 new listings (4 auction, 8 classified)

  • Large content sites (over $5K/m in profit) - currently 30 listings, 1 new listings (0 auction, 1 classified)

  • Brokered listings: Currently 10 listings, 0 new listings
