Over the last week a new website marketplace, which I was hoping I could start to feature their listings, went into administration:

Make Lemonade was the recently rebranded Niche Website Builders, who launched a website marketplace back at the end of May. As of last week it had some sizeable listings such as this fishing site for six figs.

According to the owners, Adam & Mark, the reason was AI content:

Running a marketplace and/or agency is a complex business, and Jacky Chou from Indexy replied in the thread that he thinks this will be the first of many.
